Lynn Feasibility Study

This project accesses the opportunities and limitations for the development of an under-utilized waterfront property in the City of Lynn, north of Boston. In the feasibility study, all three schemes embraced the idea of “community” by integrating amenity space, retail and entertainment.
The preferred scheme is comprised of carved towers with mid-rise residential blocks and low-rise townhouses to provide flexibility and choice to potential buyers.
