Sketching is a way of inviting myself to a new place and engaging with its living dimensions. It is a process of learning to observe and to understand the inter-relationship of building form, public space, and human behavior.

This series of sketches is a study on urban armature found in different Italian cities, focusing on the formal language of public squares and how they facilitate movement and interaction.
